Moving Into Stillness - Workshop

Service Description
In this 3-hour workshop we will playfully explore Somatic Yoga movements before transitioning into the stillness of Yin Yoga . Both types of yoga can have similar benefits, such as improving flexibility and awareness. After a short break we will spend time in Restorative Yoga poses. which can help us to deeply relax on a physical, mental and emotional level. To finish we will practice some Pranayama (Yogic Breath control) which is known to help with stress reduction, better sleep quality and increase lung capacity
